“The activity was very well put together. The chef explained everything very well. it was interesting to hear the backgrounds of various dishes. Ones that we were making as well as some that we were not. Additionally, he provided insight into various historical things about Andalusia as well.”

Ampara, the chef was also very nice, a master of her craft and great with my ten year old son, trying and succeeding in keeping him interested. The end result, our delicious paella was even better than I was expecting and I can't wait to get back home to try and recreate our masterpiece for family and friends.
