“The activity was very well put together. The chef explained everything very well. it was interesting to hear the backgrounds of various dishes. Ones that we were making as well as some that we were not. Additionally, he provided insight into various historical things about Andalusia as well.”

“This class was fantastic! Felipe our guide was extremely knowledgeable, informative and patient with a very good grasp of the English language. Ampara, the chef was also very nice, a master of her craft and great with my ten year old son, trying and succeeding in keeping him interested. The end result, our delicious paella was even better than I was expecting and I can't wait to get back home to try and recreate our masterpiece for family and friends. I would not hesitate, in fact I strongly encourage anyone spending a few days in Malaga to enrol in this course.”

We had the most wonderful day with hands on cooking - interesting stories about the dishes we were preparing and the culture that's special for the area. We were treated like royalty, from the moment we arrived .
