The customer service rep said we would get a full refund (just under $900 USD), but the company went back on the promise and refused to return any of our money, and refused to reschedule our trip. Run! Find ANY trip company but this one. They are very dishonest and thieves.”

“Excellent experience. They recommended a driver, Nicolay, to get us to the Tarifa Port. He was excellent and for more than a driver. He taught us some about the area, engaged everyone in the group with friendly conversation, and provided a nice breakfast upon arrival in the port. Upon arrival in Morocco, we were met by Tony, a native of Tangier, who gave us an excellent and insightful tour of the city with a mice mix of interesting, cultural activities and a few just fun things like a camel ride. Night before he again contacted me with drivers pick up time and ferry tickets. He did not assist with the smooth check in and check out from the hotels and we had to do everything from filling out forms.
